Here at Fairytale Marquees we have been providing stunning marquee hire for over 20 years. We pride ourselves in providing a quality structure and fantastic customer service, all at a reasonable price.
With a personal and hands-on approach, we aim to provide you with a bespoke marquee solution that meets your requirements. Whether you are planning your dream wedding, an unforgettable party or a profitable corporate event, we can build a structure to ensure that your event is one to remember.
It is not only about providing you with the main shell (although we are happy to do so) we also provide an extensive range of accessories from heating solutions and furniture hire, to flooring and lighting. This enables you to have the ‘space’ element of your event completed together, no hanging around for other suppliers to arrive to see what you are working with, you can get straight on with the finishing touches.
We understand that contemplating using a temporary structure for an event, can sometimes feel overwhelm - ing, but with our wealth of experience and knowl - edge we can put you at ease. We’d love to hear from you and discuss your ideas and see how we can bring them to life!

From the initial enquiry, we will check our availability and prepare a quotation and floor plan to give you an idea of potential costings to bring your vision to life.

Site Visit
Now you are aware of the potential costs, we’ll come to the site to measure up and revise any floor plans.
We will run through how the space will flow and talk about optional extras you might not have thought about, such as; external lighting and walkways.

Order Confirmation
Once you decide to go ahead – we’ll discuss an outline scheduling (e.g. for Saturday weddings, it’s common to have the marquee up and ready to be turned into the dream and Sunday is used to clear away – we’ll advise of install date closer to the time) we’ll check stock again, then send out your paperwork. Once the rental agreement and 25% deposit is paid the booking is confirmed.

Installation
The crew arrive bright and early on the agreed installation day armed with the floor plan and the equipment listed on the inventory. The installation usually takes all day. We ask that you are there to meet our crew and agree on positioning.
Our guys toil away until they’ve produced an amazing marquee – it is a wonderful thing to watch – teas and coffees are welcome and encouraged!
At the end of install, we’ll ask you to sign off and run you through the equipment and how it works, and voila you’re ready to go!

Event Day
We will provide you with an emergency contact number and our guys are available on standby for reassurance, in the unlikely event that you’ll run into any trouble.

The crew will arrive bright and early again on the agreed day (usually Monday) and the marquee will disappear in a flash – it will almost be as if it was never there! Again, teas and coffees are encouraged!

Who we are
The Core Fairytale Marquee Crew have been working together for many years and have developed a way to work that not only plays to our strengths but is also effective. We are constantly reviewing our processes to ensure we are working efficiently.
Each member of the team loves what they do, are obsessed with attention detail and take great pride in their work and the reputation that they’ve rightly earnt Fairytale Marquees - something that we attribute to our growth over the years.
NickDirector
After gaining a degree in electronics engineering
and embarking on a career as a production
engineer, Nick soon realised that his passion
was for the outdoors rather than the office and
Fairytale Marquees was born. Drawing from his
experience and education, Nick is an advocate of
efficiency, innovation and technology. This is what
has helped to drive the company forward and
keep in pace with modern client expectations
CharlieSite Manager
Charlie likes nothing more than being outside and
working in a practical way. As the ‘Main Man’ he
works closely with our team members and hand
picks the seasonal ‘A’ team, moulding them into
the marquee erectors we need them to be.
RickQC & Site Supervisor
Rick’s knowledge in erecting traditional pole
marquees and clear span marquees is second to
none. On-site he is a font of knowledge for the
less experienced crew. Back at the yard, Rick
keeps it all in order and ensures that everything
goes back in its home.
MoMarketing/Mum
As Nick’s mum, Mo has kept a watchful eye over
the operations from the very start but came on
board in an official capacity in 2016 to market
the Fairytale brand. She creates important new
relationships and constantly maintains and
updates our image.
